ENTRY IN SEPTEMBER 2019Applications for Year 7 and Year 9 day and boarding places will open on Wednesday 5th September and will close on 31st October 2018.
DAY PLACES: Applications for day places must be made via your home local authority's Common Application Form (CAF), naming Holyport College as one of your secondary or upper school preferences.
BOARDING PLACES: If you live in England and are applying for a Year 7 boarding place, you must also complete your home Local Authority Common Application Form (CAF) or apply online. We cannot consider your application if you do not do complete a CAF. This does not apply if you live in the rest of the UK or overseas.
If you are applying for a Year 9 boarding place and you live in the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead or any other local authority in England or Wales with a three-tier school system (first school/middle school/upper school) even if your child does not attend a state funded middle school in your borough, you must also complete your home Local Authority Common Application Form (CAF). We cannot consider your application if you do not do complete a CAF. This does not apply if you live outside of England and Wales or if you live in a local authority that does not have any schools with Year 9 entry.

If you are applying any other year group other than September 2019 Year 7 or Year 9 entry: For day places, please complete the in-year transfer form and for boarding places please complete the relevant boarding waiting list application form. All forms are available on the 'Admission Forms' page of our website.
IN-YEAR TRANSFERS - ALL YEAR GROUPS: Day places are completely full in all year groups but you can apply to join the waiting list in case any spaces should become available. Our waiting list is ordered in accordance with our admissions policy and a child's position on the list can change at any time. To join the waiting list, please complete the in-year transfer form, available in the 'Admissions Forms' section, and return it to us.
Boarding Places -To apply for a boarding waiting list place, please download an application form for the correct year group from the Admission Forms page of this website. Places will only become available if a child leaves. Please note that we cannot accept applications for one year of study at Year 10 (Year 10 and Year 11 comprise the two-year GCSE course).
Open day tours are held regularly during the Spring and Summer term and you need to pre-register for a place. We will be unable to admit anyone who has not pre-registered. These are for children eligible for entry in September 2019 and their parents/carers. Please check our Open Days page for current information.
Please note that we are unable to accommodate individual visits to the College.
PUPIL PREMIUM PRIORITYHolyport College gives priority to a proportion of day places to pupils eligible for the pupil premium (up to 20%). If you are applying under this criterion (category 5 of our Admissions Policy) please download a copy of the Pupil Premium Priority form from the 'Admission Forms' page.This form should also be used for boarding applicants applying under priority categories 6 or 9.
