LATE APPLICATIONS - DAY PLACES - YEAR 7 AND YEAR 9: Late applications for day places must be made via your home local authority.
LATE APPLICATIONS - YEAR 7 BOARDING PLACES: If you are making a late application for a Year 7 boarding place, you need to complete the Year 7 entry Supplementary Boarding Application form which can be found on the Admission Forms page of this website. If you live in England or Wales you must also apply via your local authority - you do not need to make a local authority application if you live in the rest of the UK or overseas.

DAY PLACES ARE FULL IN ALL YEAR GROUPS. BOARDING PLACES ARE FULL EXCEPT THE VACANCIES ADVERTISED ABOVE.
IN-YEAR TRANSFERS - ALL YEAR GROUPS: Day places are completely full in all year groups but you can apply to join the waiting list in case any spaces should become available. Our waiting list is ordered in accordance with our admissions policy and a child's position on the list can change at any time. To join the waiting list, please complete the in-year transfer form, available in the 'Admissions Forms' section, and return it to us.
Boarding Places -To apply for a boarding waiting list place, please download an application form for the correct year group from the Admission Forms page of this website. Places will only become available if a child leaves. Please note that we cannot accept applications for one year of study at Year 10 (Year 10 and Year 11 comprise the two-year GCSE course).
Open day tours are held regularly during the Spring and Summer term, and our main open evening for 2020 entry will take place in late September. and you need to pre-register for a place. We will be unable to admit anyone who has not pre-registered. Our open day tours are aimed at children eligible for entry in September 2019 and their parents/carers. Please check our Open Days page for current information.
Please note that we are unable to accommodate individual visits to the College for day pupils. If you are interested in applying for a boarding place and are not able to attend one of our open events, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
PUPIL PREMIUM PRIORITYHolyport College gives priority to a proportion of day places to pupils eligible for the pupil premium (up to 20%). If you are applying under this criterion (category 5 of our Admissions Policy) please download a copy of the Pupil Premium Priority form from the 'Admission Forms' page.This form should also be used for boarding applicants applying under priority categories 6 or 9.
