ENTRY IN SEPTEMBER 2018
APPLICATIONS FOR 2018 ENTRY IN YEAR 7 AND YEAR 9 HAVE NOW CLOSED.Late applications for Year 7 and Year 9 day places must be made via your local authority. Year 7 and Year 9 late boarding applicants need to complete the Supplementary Information Form in addition to the local authority application. Please see our Admission Forms page for the application form. Boarding applicants from outside England only need to complete the Supplementary Form and do not need to make a local authority application. Please note that late applications cannot be considered until May 2018 and only if places are remaining after offers have been made to on-time applicants.
If you are applying any other year group other than September 2018 Year 7 or Year 9 entry: For day places, please complete the in-year transfer form and for boarding places please complete the relevant boarding waiting list application form. All forms are available on the 'Admission Forms' page of our website.
IN-YEAR TRANSFERS - ALL YEAR GROUPS
Day places are completely full in all year groups but you can apply to join the waiting list in case any spaces should become available. Our waiting list is ordered in accordance with our admissions policy and a child's position on the list can change at any time. To join the waiting list, please complete the in-year transfer form, available in the 'Admissions Forms' section, and return it to us.
Boarding Places -To apply for a boarding waiting list place, please download an application form for the correct year group from the Admission Forms page of this website. Places will only become available if a child leaves. Please note that we cannot accept applications for one year of study at Year 10 (Year 10 and Year 11 comprise the two-year GCSE course).
Open day tours are held regularly during the Spring and Summer term and you need to pre-register for a place. We will be unable to admit anyone who has not pre-registered. These are for children eligible for entry in September 2019 and their parents/carers. Tours will resume in the Spring Term and dates will be available on this page from late January.
Please note that we are unable to accommodate individual visits to the College.
Holyport College gives priority to a proportion of day places to pupils eligible for the pupil premium (up to 20%). If you are applying under this criterion (category 5 of our Admissions Policy) please download a copy of the Pupil Premium Priority form from the 'Admission Forms' page.This form should also be used for boarding applicants applying under priority categories 6 or 9.
