ENTRY IN SEPTEMBER 2017
APPLICATIONS FOR 2017 ENTRY IN YEAR 7 AND YEAR 9 HAVE NOW CLOSED. ANY APPLICATIONS RECEIVED AFTER 31ST OCTOBER CAN ONLY BE CONSIDERED IN THE SECOND ROUND OF ALLOCATIONS, ON 1ST MAY 2017, IF THERE ARE ANY PLACES STILL REMAINING.
- Late applications for Year 7 and Year 9 day and boarding places must be made via your local authority. Boarding applicants also need to complete the Supplementary Information Form, which can be downloaded from the 'Admission Forms' page.
If you are applying any other year group other than September 2017 Year 7 or Year 9 entry: For day places, please complete the in-year transfer form and for boarding places please complete the relevant boarding waiting list application form. All forms are available on the 'Admission Forms' page of our website.
IN-YEAR TRANSFERS - ALL YEAR GROUPS
Day places are completely full in all year groups but you can apply to join the waiting list in case any spaces should become available. Our waiting list is ordered in accordance with our admissions policy and a child's position on the list can change at any time. To join the waiting list, please complete the in-year transfer form, available in the 'Admissions Forms' section, and return it to us.
Boarding Places - We are currently full in all year groups with the exception of one girls' place in Year 10. To apply for a boarding waiting list place, please download an application form for the correct year group from the Admission Forms page of this website. Places will only become available if a child leaves. Please note that we cannot accept applications for one year of study at Year 10 (Year 10 and Year 11 comprise the two-year GCSE course).
Open day tours are held regularly during term-time and you need to pre-register for a place. We will be unable to admit anyone who has not pre-registered. These are for children eligible for entry in September 2017 and their parents/carers. Open days for September 2018 entry will start after applications for 2017 entry have closed.

Holyport College gives priority to a proportion of day places to pupils eligible for the pupil premium (up to 20%). If you are applying under this criterion (category 5 of our Admissions Policy) please download a copy of the Pupil Premium Priority form from the 'Admission Forms' page.This form should also be used for boarding applicants applying under priority categories 6 or 9.
